  Gerhard Burda
CEO ATRONIC Group

The CEO of the ATRONIC Group of Companies, Gerhard Burda has been with the company since the very early days in 1993 and has since played an integral part in the rapid growth and expansion of the company.

Of Austrian origin, Gerhard’s telecommunications engineering background, as well as his passion for foreign cultures and languages made him an ideal fit for the international casino industry.

Gerhard initially started with ATRONIC as the company’s product manager influencing the initial development of ATRONIC’s 3D video platform. His day-to-day contact with casino operators and technicians helped him to gain a deep understanding of the requirements of modern gaming operations. His persistence and commitment in tackling complicated tasks resulted in various innovative solutions which assisted ATRONIC on its way to becoming a market leader in the gaming industry today.

In 1996, Gerhard was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing at ATRONIC International where he was able to utilize his profound product and market knowledge to successfully build the company’s Sales, Marketing and Service network throughout Europe, Africa and Latin America.

Following the company’s rapid global growth Gerhard was appointed as Managing Director of ATRONIC International in the year 2000. In 2005 he took on the role of a Group-CEO also chairing ATRONIC’s Global Strategy committee.

More recently Gerhard was appointed as an Ambassador for the Gaming Standards Association (GSA) and acts as an official spokesperson at events on behalf of the GSA.



  Thierry Aiglon
COO ATRONIC International Group

Thierry Aiglon brings a wealth of experience to this position and has fostered the further integration of ATRONIC’s business units as one strong solutions provider. He began his impressive career in the Finance industry spending 15 years in banking through Telecom and IT engineering then gearing towards Trading and Asset Management.

Thierry joined the then MIS Group as COO in November 2002, a mere three months before the company’s acquisition by ATRONIC International. He then quickly moved to the position of Managing Director , a position he still assumes today. Thierry strongly believes his main achievements have been the empowerment of his team through the creation of an atmosphere where everyone has been able to feel autonomous in their tasks and know they have his support and help in achieving their goals.

In his position as COO ATRONIC International Group, he deals with the day-to-day challenges of ATRONIC International’s operational business tasks.



  Ken Bossingham
COO ATRONIC Americas

Ken started his career at the Fortune 50 Company, Ashland Oil where he spent 7 years in key operations and sales management roles. His gaming career began in 1997 when he joined JCM America as the Western Region Manager. He continued to grow his key gaming management experience with Aristocrat Technologies where he was also the Western Region Manager. Ken left Aristocrat and joined ATRONIC to lead the sales efforts in Nevada. With his successful expansion of the ATRONIC product line in Nevada, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing for all of North America.. Due to his astute accomplishments in sales, marketing, and product strategy, he was further elevated to Chief Operating Officer for ATRONIC Americas. In this role, he oversees all activities for North America; including sales, business development, operations, gaming services, and game design. Ken presently also serves as a Board Member representing ATRONIC on Gaming Standards Association (GSA). Ken holds a BS degree in Business and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.


  Oskar Dohrau
Executive Director R&D ATRONIC Group

Oskar Dohrau has more than 20 years experience in the Information Technology arena and has worked for various high tech companies in Austria. He now leads the R&D Division of the ATRONIC Group which encompasses both ATRONIC and ATRONIC Systems. He is the first operative R&D Director who has the responsibility for the development of solutions: games, platforms and systems, for ATRONIC Systems, ATRONIC International and ATRONIC Americas. It is his job to direct ATRONIC’s R&D departments in line with the market trends emerging in global gaming markets.


  Sylvia Dietz
Executive Director Marketing ATRONIC Group

Sylvia began her career in the marketing department at ATRONIC International in 1998 and was quickly promoted to Marketing Manager in 1999. Later, in 2003, her achievements were rewarded with the position of Marketing Director for ATRONIC International. Since the integration of the ATRONIC International and ATRONIC Systems’ marketing teams in May 2007, Sylvia has been in her current position of Executive Director Marketing ATRONIC Group, overseeing the company´s marketing efforts globally.

Prior to joining ATRONIC, Sylvia worked for several Marketing and Consulting agencies and held positions within the Gauselmann Group in the Marketing and Business Development areas. Throughout her ATRONIC career, Sylvia has been leading the creation of ATRONIC´s Corporate Identity, the set-up of highly motivated marketing teams on various continents and the development and execution of marketing strategies for ATRONIC´s global markets. Sylvia holds a degree in Marketing & Economics, and is also the author of a book on Quality Management for Consulting & Marketing Agencies which was published in 1998 in Germany.



  Luke Orchard
Executive Director Compliance ATRONIC Group

Luke Orchard has more than 17 years of experience in the gaming industry. While studying Electronic Engineering, Luke held various technical positions within the gaming industry throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Untied States. In the last 10 years he focused on Gaming Compliance in both the technical and regulatory fields. After fourteen years with Aristocrat, Luke was recruited by the Monaco-based MIS Group as its Vice President of Compliance in 2002. After the acquisition of the MIS Group by ATRONIC in 2003 he was later appointed to the position of Vice President Global Compliance for the ATRONIC Group.


  Michael Scala
Executive Director Quality & Operations ATRONIC Group

Michael started his career with ATRONIC in early 1995 as a Quality Inspector and by 1997 he was responsible for the entire Quality Management Process of ATRONIC Austria. He was named Quality Manager in 2000 for the ATRONIC Group and remained in that function until taking up his current position in 2002.

Prior to working for ATRONIC Michael gained his Q2 Certificate qualifications and worked for an automotive supply company where he held the position of Quality Test Lab Engineer.

Since being with ATRONIC he has been instrumental in the supply of Graphic Chips for the Cashline™ cabinet and has inspired and encouraged the first WBC product and production in Russia.



  Markus Stenzer
CFO ATRONIC Americas

Newly appointed CFO of ATRONIC Americas, Markus has been with the company since May 2007. He has had a celebrated international career in finance, sales and business decision support working for major multi-billion dollar companies. He has an excellent record of success in forecasting and planning as well as active cost management. He has successfully accompanied turnaround/reorganisation situations and provided strong financial knowledge support in driving over proportional sales and profit growth strategies in an international and multi-cultural environment. He has held positions in prestigious companies such as Texas Instruments, Air Products and Hilti.


  Rich Kotch
Director Operations & Quality ATRONIC Americas

Rich Kotch joined ATRONIC Americas as Director of Operations in 2002. He is responsible for North American manufacturing, procurement, customer service, and quality. An expert in Lean and Six Sigma, Rich introduced new systems and processes to ATRONIC that have significantly improved operational results. Since 2004 he has chaired the Leadership Core Team of ATRONIC Americas.

He has over 20 years of experience in U.S. and international business. Prior to joining ATRONIC, he held senior operations roles with high-tech start-ups Silicon Bandwidth and Spectra-Physics Telecom. Before this, he held operations management and engineering positions with Honeywell and Motorola. Rich has a Master in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.
